phillip cross. me and phillip went to go take photos one night in laguna beach and we go to woods cove and there's a 3 story mansion in the process of being built. so we hopped the fence and went inside and took some long exposures from the 3rd story deck. this photo is a 20 sec exposure I'm pretty sure.
